Presence status indicators are as follows:
Presence Status Availability Notes
Available Green Default
Away Yellow
Extended Away Yellow
Busy Yellow
Do Not Disturb Red All incoming calls to the device
are ignored, but will ring on
other devices of clients that the
user is logged in to. If not
answered, the call will forward
to voice mail.
Appear Offline Red You are online and have
access to all MCC 3100
features, however other users
see you as offline.
Changing your presence status
1. Expand the My Status pane.
2. From the Online Status pane, select a presence status.
3. Select Menu, Set Status.
Your presence status is updated on the system. Your online buddies
can immediately see your new status.
