This section shows you how to set up your machine to store and hold a document until it is polled by another fax
machine to send it.
Before You Can Be Polled to Send
Before you can use polling sending, you must create a polling box using the POLLING BOX setting of the
Additional Functions.
The polling box holds the document in memory until the other party polls your machine to send the document, or
until you delete the document using Memory Reference. (

Setting Up a Polling Box
1 Press Additional Functions.
2 Use 4 (–) or e (+) to select 4.FAX SETTINGS → press OK.
