• If there are no documents stored in memory, the machine will return to standby mode when you select
Memory Reference.
Printing a List of Documents in Memory
The machine can print a list of documents stored in memory, along with the transaction number (TX/RX NO.) of
each document.

Press Function.

Press Memory Reference
→
OK.
• The machine prints the DOCUMENT MEMORY LIST and the LCD returns to standby display.
• Once you know the transaction number of a document stored in memory, you can print it or delete it.

• You can also print the list using Report. Press Function
→ Report
→ select 4.DOC. MEMORY LIST→ press OK.
