❚ To change a coded speed dialling entry:
4 Press Function → Clear to delete the previous entry → enter the new fax/telephone number
→ press OK twice.
Ex:

• If you do not want to change the fax/telephone number, press OK twice after step 3.
• Press Function

Space to enter a space and move the cursor to the next digit. Spaces are optional and are
ignored during dialling.
• Press Redial/Pause to enter a pause.
• If you make a mistake, press 4 (–) or e (+) to move the cursor under the number you want to delete
→
press Function
→
Delete.
5 Press Function → Clear to delete the previous entry → enter the new name → press OK.

• If you are unsure how to enter characters

6 Press Stop/Reset to return to standby display.
