Displaying text information
on MP3/WMA disc
Text information recorded on a MP3/WIVIA
disc can be displayed.
1 Press OPEN to open the front panel.
2 Press DISPLAY.

—Album Title
(album title)—Bit rate—DAB
information (DAB information and playtime)
■ When playing back files recorded as VBR
(variable bit rate) files, the bit rate value is not dis
played even after switching to bit rate.
■ If specific information has not been recorded
on a MP3AA/MA disc,
NO XXXX
will be displayed
(e g.,
NO Artist Name).
■ With some applications used to encode WMA
files, album names and other text information
may not be correctly displayed.
■ You can only switch to DAB information when
a DAB tuner (GEX-P700DAB) is conneoted.®
Scrolling text information
in the display
This unit can display the first 16 letters only of
Folder Name, File Name, Track Title,
Artist Name
and
Album Title.
When the re
corded information is iongerthan 16 ietters,
you can scroll the text to the left so that the
rest of the text information can be seen.
1 Press OPEN to open the front panel.
2
Press DISPLAY and hold until the text
information begins to scroll to the left.
The rest of the text information wiil appear in
the dispiay.®
