2 Press FUNCTION to select Pause.
Press FUNCTION until Pause appears in the
display.
3 Press ▲ to turn pause on.
Pause :ON
appears in the display. Play of the
current track pauses.
4 Press T to turn pause off.
Pause :OFF appears in the display. Play will re­
sume at the same point that you turned pause
on.®
Displaying text information
on MP3/WMA disc
Text information recorded on a MP3/WIVIA
disc can be displayed.
1 Press OPEN to open the front panel.
2 Press DISPLAY.
Press DISPLAY repeatedly to switch between
the following settings:
Play time— Folder Name {folder name)
—File Name (file name)— ^Track Title (track
title)— ^Artist Name (artist name)
—Album Title (album title)—Bit rate—DAB
information (DAB information and playtime)
■ When playing back files recorded as VBR
(variable bit rate) files, the bit rate value is not dis­
played even after switching to bit rate.
■ If specific information has not been recorded
on a MP3AA/MA disc, NO XXXX will be displayed
(e g., NO Artist Name).
■ With some applications used to encode WMA
files, album names and other text information
may not be correctly displayed.
■ You can only switch to DAB information when
a DAB tuner (GEX-P700DAB) is conneoted.®
Scrolling text information
in the display
This unit can display the first 16 letters only of
Folder Name, File Name, Track Title,
Artist Name and Album Title. When the re­
corded information is iongerthan 16 ietters,
you can scroll the text to the left so that the
rest of the text information can be seen.
1 Press OPEN to open the front panel.
2 Press DISPLAY and hold until the text
information begins to scroll to the left.
The rest of the text information wiil appear in
the dispiay.®
