5.
Temporary tape the front Windshield in place
on the fuselage.
Mark the side of the Windshield using a pen or
pencil where shown above.
Remove the Windshield and cut along the line
that you just drew.
Cut the top of the windshield even with the
back of the wing mount former.
6.
Temporary place the Windshield back on the
fuselage and mount the wing.
Make sure the Windshield does not interfere
with the wing mounting to the fuselage.
7.
Remove the wing and glue the Windshield to
the fuselage.
Use masking tape to hold the windshield in
place till dry.
WING STRUTS
1.
Collect the following items:
(1) Fuselage
(2) Wing Struts
(6) 2-56 Silver Clevis
(6) 2-56 Hex Nut
(6) Clevis Clips
(2) Aluminum Strut Bracket
(2) #2 x 5/16 Screw

Place the aluminum strut brackets just behind
the landing gear fairings.
Make a mark where the mounting holes are
located.
Drill 1/16” holes at the marks and mount the
straps using the #2 x 5/16” screws.
3.
On each end of the wing struts place a 2-56
hex nut, and a 2-56 Golden clevis.
4.
Hook the bottom of the strut to the aluminum
bracket on the bottom of the fuselage.
