Parameters of Commands and Responses

*2

R: Indicates that the data type can only be read from the sensor amplifiers.

*3

When the instantaneous flow rate exceeds the indicated data range, "99.99", "999.9", or "9999.9"
is returned as the data. Similarly, when the sensor amplifier displays ErH, ErS, or rEv, "EE.EE",
"EEE.E", or "EEEE.E" is returned as the data.
Regardless of the display mode specified on the sensor amplifiers, the data for the "rESo" mode
is returned.

*4

Regardless of the integration display unit specified on the sensor amplifiers, the data is read
with the minimum display unit.
When the integrated flow quantity exceeds the indicated maximum value, the maximum value is
returned as the data.

*5

The data number “008” can be read to check the error status of the sensor amplifiers.
Convert the five digit number (ASCII characters) read from the sensor amplifiers to a binary
number and check the ON/OFF state of each bit to
check the error contents.

For information on each error, refer to "FD-MH Series User's Manual".

• When the data read from a sensor amplifier is "0068":

"68" converted to binary number is "0000 0100 0100".

Therefore, this data indicates that a "reverse current error" and an "overcurrent error"
have occurred at the sensor amplifier from which it was read.

• If no error has occurred at the sensor amplifier, the data "0000" is returned.

*6

When the sensor amplifiers display ErH, "E" is returned as the data.

*7

When a temperature sensor is not connected, "EEE.E" is returned as the data.
When the temperature exceeds the indicated maximum value, "999.9" is returned as the data.
