Press and hold the [MODE] button for at least three seconds in the main screen
(during detection) to change the settings.
1. Sampling rate
The sampling rate is the rate at which data is sampled.
Usually, use the default value. It can be increased for faster sampling, or
decreased when the received light intensity is low.
2. Average number of times
Sets the average number of times for the data obtained at the sampling rate.
If measured values vary widely, this number can be increased to obtain more
stable measurements.
3. Clamp function setting
Set the operations when distance detection cannot be performed (such as when
the detection object does not enter the measurement distance, or when there is
insufficient light intensity).
4. External input setting
Sets the function assigned to the external input (pink line).
z Bank switching input
The bank switches with input to the external input.
Setting Each Type of Function
The screen shown to the right is
displayed during keylock and basic
settings cannot be input.
