Push the locking element (11) down on the bowl holder.

The grinding bowl is unlocked and moves up a few millimetres.
4.
Now, the grinding bowl can be removed (upwards) from its holder.
(Hold the grinding bowl preferably at the handle (5) provided for
this purpose).
5.
When the grinding bowl is removed, the locking element (11)
moves back into its initial position.
