II.4.4 Print
Selecting Print (using the Print button or the Print option in the File menu) displays a Print
Preview window. Once this window is displayed, clicking the Print button sends the report to
the selected printer. The functions of the buttons on the toolbar are described below:

Zoom To Fit Displays a complete page of the report in the window. Text and
graphics are shrunk so that a complete page will fit on the screen.
Zoom To 100% Increases the size of all text and graphics so that they are displayed
at 100% of their actual size.
Zoom To Width Displays a page so that the complete width of the page fits on the
screen.
First Page Displays the first page of the report.
Previous Page Displays the previous page of the report.
Next Page Displays the next page of the report.
Last Page Displays the last page of the report.
Printer Setup Displays the standard Windows Print Setup dialog box. From this
dialog box, a target printer can be chosen and its settings can be
altered before printing.
