This Movie Camera is equipped with a built-in
Time Base Corrector (TBC). This TBC function
produces stable playback pictures by
compensating for slight picture distortions caused
by instability of the tape movement. This function
makes the Movie Camera highly suited as source
machine for editing.
•As the TBC function automatically works in the
playback mode, it requires no special operation.
• it is not possible to turn the TBC function off.
To listen to the recorded sound during playback
connect stereo headphones (optional) to the
[PHONES] Socket. {When playing back a cassette
tape on which audio dubbing has been performed,
refer to p. 55.)
