Pre-recorded greeting messages
The unit has pre-recorded greeting messages. Depending on the situation, one of the following messages will
be played to the caller.
® When you do not record your own greeting message (see the next page), the following message will
be played.
Hello! We are unable to answer right now.
To send a fax, please start transmission.
To leave a voice message, please speak after the beep.
Thank you.
Note:
® if you erase your own greeting message, the pre-recorded greeting message will be played automatically.
When the unit detects a problem, one of the following pre-recorded greeting messages will be
played.
MEMORY FULL and
OUT OF PAPER
OR
MEMORY FULL and
UNIT OVERHEATED
