Set vital signs modifiers
Note The Settings area is password-protected. For access information, contact
your system administrator.
Modifiers enable you to save additional information for the measurements for a specific
patient. Standard modifiers are the same on all devices. Custom modifiers are specific to
a facility or a unit, and they are set up during the initial configuration of your site, or by
performing the following procedure. All custom modifiers include the word "custom" in
the modifier labels.
1. Click the Settings icon in the Navigation area.
The Login screen appears.
2. Enter your User ID and Password, and click Login.
The Settings screen appears.
3. Select the Admin tools tab.
4. Click Stations under the Settings option on the left.
The Station settings screen appears.
5. Click Vital Signs
The Vital Signs screen appears.
6. Select the vital sign modifier you want to change.
7. Click Modifiers.
The vital signs Modifiers screen appears.
8. Click Edit to edit the selected modifier.
Review your changes, and if correct, click Save. Click Cancel to clear any changes.
