Allow the BIOS to skip certain tests during POST

If disabled the BIOS generates the normal messages other-
wise an OEM logo can be displayed
Addon ROM Display Mode Force BIOS
Keep Current
Set the display mode for option ROMs
Bootup Num-Lock Off
On Off doesn't enable the keyboard Num-Lock automatically
Wait For 'F1' if Error Disabled

Enabled allows the BIOS to wait for any error. If an error is
detected pressing will enter the Setup and the BIOS
settings can be adjusting to fix the problem
