SOPHISTICATED SMOOTHERS
Doctor's Orders

2 tablespoons Drambuie
1 tablespoon triple sec
1 tablespoons honey
¼ teaspoon grated lemon or orange peel
/ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup fat free, low fat, or reduced-fat milk*
In a small bowl, mix Drambuie, triple sec, honey, peel, cinnamon, and cloves. Put
FrothWhipinpitcher.Pour the desired amount and type of refrigerated milk into the
pitcher, and press the start button. Heat milk in Froth 'n Sauce until froth has formed
and container feels warm. Lift pitcher off base, remove lid, and add Drambuie
mixture. Replace lid, return pitcher to base, and push start button. When ingredients
are mixed, lift pitcher off base, remove lid, and pour into 2 large mugs. This drink is
frothy, but not very thick.
1 cup fat free, low fat, or reduced-fat milk*
2 or 3 tablespoons hot buttered rum mix powder
¼ cup rum
Follow steps to make
. Pour hot buttered rum mix and
rum through the Flavor Hatch opening and replace hatch. When ingredients are
mixed, lift pitcher off base, remove lid, and pourmixture into 2 large mugs.
1 cup fat free, low fat, or reduced-fat milk*
1 teaspoon instant espresso coffee powder or instant coffee powder
1 tablespoon Hershey chocolate syrup
¼ cup coffee liqueur such as Kahlua or Tia Maria
Follow steps to make
. When froth has formed and
pitcher feels warm, lift pitcher off base, remove lid, and add espresso powder, syrup,
and liqueur. Replace lid, return pitcher to base, and press start button. When
ingredients are mixed, lift pitcher off base, remove lid, and pour mixture into 2 large
mugs.
