Lemon Dijon Sauce
Apricot Pineapple Mustard Sauce
(about 2 cups)
(about 1 cup)
Serve hot over steamed or boiled vegetables, such as asparagus, or as an
accompaniment for fish or chicken.
This is a wonderful dipping sauce for chicken nuggets.

cup (5½ tablespoons) butter
1½ cups chicken broth
3 egg yolks
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
3 tablespoons flour
Heat butter in microwave until about ¾ of the butter melts (35 to 50 seconds). Stir to
melt remaining butter;
. Refrigerate in measuring cup to cool for
2 to 3 minutes.
Put Sauce Whip in pitcher and add chicken broth, eggs, lemon juice, mustard, and
flour.
. Hold top of whip and rotate in both directions until it moves easily and
distributes flour evenly.Coverpitcherwithlidandpressstart button.
After 1 minute, while unit is running, slightly lift and tilt Flavor Hatch towards you and
slowly pour butter through lid opening into pitcher. Lock Flavor Hatch into place.
When unit shuts off automatically, remove pitcher from base and use a heat resistant
rubber spatula to stir vigorously against bottom of pitcher for 30 seconds. Use
spatula to scoop and pour sauce into a bowl. Serve hot or warm.
¼ cup water
½ cup apricot pineapple preserves
2 tablespoons sweet/hot mustard
1 tablespoon red cooking wine
1 tablespoon Froth Au Lait Vanilla Syrup
Put Sauce Whip in pitcher and add water, preserves, mustard, wine and Vanilla
Syrup. Cover pitcher with lid and press start button.
When unit shuts off automatically, remove pitcher from base and use a heat resistant
rubber spatula to stir vigorously against bottom of pitcher for 30 seconds. Use
spatula to scoop and pour sauce into a bowl. Serve warm.
it should not be hot
Have melted butter in measuring cup available but do not add it at this
