Cheddar Cheese Sauce
Tetrazzini Sauce
(about 1¼ cups)

Serve as a dip, over hot cooked pasta, grilled beef patties or chicken, or as a sauce
for vegetables.
This cheesy sauce is wonderful over pasta, turkey, or chicken.

Use heat resistant rubber spatula to stir and
distribute cheese into mixture.
Repeat adding cheese 2 more times. (If whip stalls, lift pitcher off base, insert heat
resistant rubber spatula, distribute ingredients, return pitcher to base, push whip
down; replace lid, and press start button).
When unit shuts off automatically, remove pitcher from base and use a heat resistant
rubber spatula to stir sauce vigorously against the bottom of pitcher for about 30
seconds. Use spatula to scoop and pour into a bowl or, if serving as a dip for
appetizers, into a chafing dish over hot water. Season to taste with Worcestershire
sauce.Servethesauce hot or warm.

parsley. Cover pitcher with lid and press start button; mix for about 30 seconds.

the mixture. Use heat resistant rubber spatula to stir and distribute cheese. Return
pitcher to base, pushwhipdown, cover pitcher with lid, press the start button, and let
run until whip is spinning freely.
Repeat this step one more time adding remainder of cheese. (If whip stalls, lift
pitcher off base, insert heat resistant rubber spatula, distribute ingredients, return
pitcher to base, pushwhipdown;replace lid, and press start button).
