Run programmable sweep 1 or 2
When the sweep is running, sending any command except the (I)nfo command and ‘;’ will terminate
the sweep. This allows the Info command to be used to determine the current frequency during the
sweep. See Q command for programming the 2 sweep memories.

Enables/disables tech mode. Certain commands are disabled by default. Enabling tech mode allows
access to these commands. Tech mode is disabled by default and is not saved during a power down.
