Set/display the current LED brightness level.

3 Current band memory: 00 - 11
4 Output: 01 = on, 00 = off
5 PLL Lock: 01 = locked, 00 = unlocked
6-8 Future use

Set current output level or display current output level.
Valid levels are 0 ,1,2 or 3. 0 = 0 dBm, 1 = -33 dBm, 2 = -73 dBm, 3 = -107 dBm
