defective. Replace the optical medium,
USB medium, or USB
device. Ensure that the USB
cables, SAS/SATA backplane
cables, or optical drive cables
are properly connected. See

Drive" on page 165, or
"Troubleshooting a Hard
Drive" on page 167 for the
appropriate drive(s) installed
in your system.
