ONE MONORAIL SECTION
K 8: Place the other Monorail section into the opposite standoff
housings.
9: While supporting this Monorail section, screw (Do Not
Tighten Completely) the standoffs housing nipples to
support the Monorail section
10: Slide this Monorail section completely onto the other end of
the isolating connectors.

11: Tighten the #6-32 set screws on the isolating connectors
with the provided 1/16 Allen wrench.

M 12: Slide the Monorail sections so that the isolating connectors
are located in the middle between the power housings.
13: Tighten the standoff housing completely to the standoff
housing nipples.

14: Tighten the caps completely to the power housings.
15: Tighten the 3/8-24 set screw on each power cap with the
provided 3/16 Allen wrench.
16: Slide the spacer(s) onto the power feed extended arms
evenly. Do not remove the spacer(s) which may cause the
power feed housings come into contact and electrically
short.

17: Plug the Monorail feed contacts with the provided plastic
inserts.
