2. With use of a forklift or other implement, unload
weight brackets from bins rack.

3. Remove all parts, hoses, and bags from inside
the bins.
Refer to Figure 26
4. Attach lift straps to front bin. NOTE: This will
be the bin without the slow moving vehicle
decal.
