Install Casters in Arms
Start with the left lift-assist assembly. The casters are
identical (not supplied in left/right variants).
Refer to Figure 13
45. At a caster assembly , remove and save two sets:
802-034C HHCS 1/2-13X1 1/4 GR5
804-015C WASHER LOCK SPRING 1/2 PLT
and one:
161-231D NTA CASTER RETAINER CAP
46. Use forklift or hoist to raise lift-assist arm caster
mount . Make sure thrust washer is still on
caster assembly . Roll caster under mount, and
lower mount onto caster.
47. Place retainer cap back on top of caster shaft.
Secure with bolts and lock washers . Tighten
to torque spec.
48. Repeat step 45 through step 47 for right lift-assist-
wheel arm.
