The amount of time required for the modulating actuating
motor to fully open the gas valve or operate the fan
speed from a stopped position to full speed.
Note: This item is only available when the Boiler

On-Off / Mod DIP switch is set to Mod and the tekmar
stager DIP switch is set to OFF.
