defective.

MSM – not connected.
Connect the MSM (see Chapter 2.16, page

MCS – not connected.
Connect the MCS.
Incorrect eluent.
Change eluent (see Chapter 4.4.2.3, page 75).
MSM – regeneration or
rinsing solution flow prob-
lems.
Check the flow of the regeneration and rinsing
solution (see Chapter 2.16.2, page 50).
Data of the separa-
tion column cannot
be read.
Column chip contamina-
ted.
Clean contact surfaces of the column chip
(with alcohol).
Column chip defective.
1. Save column configuration in MagIC Net.
2. Notify Metrohm Service.
