Chapter 5 Configure the Module
Reconfigure Module
Parameters in Program Mode Follow these steps to change configuration in Program mode.
1. Change the module from Run mode to Program mode, if necessary.
2. Make any necessary changes.
Before the RPI rate is updated online, the software verifies your desired
change.
The RPI is changed and the new configuration data is transferred to the
controller. After making the necessary changes to your module’s configuration in
Program mode, it is recommended that you change the module back to Run
mode.
Use this pull-down menu to
switch to Program mode.
Click OK to transfer the new
data and close the dialog box. Click Apply to transfer the new data
and keep the dialog box open.
Update the RPI rate.
Click OK to confirm the RPI change.
