3 Ensure the machine is switched on before you plug the PC into the
electric socket, then switch on the PC.
Your MFC-9060 is a 4-in-one multi-function center—it’s a fax, copier,
printer and scanner. Before you can print from Windows
® on your PC,
you must first install the printer driver that is included on CD-ROM.
Installing the Brother Drivers
Using Windows
® 95, 98 and 98SE
If you are using Windows ® 2000 Professional, go to page 93.
If you are using Windows NT ® Workstation Version 4.0, go to page 97.
1 When the Add New Hardware Wizard screen appears, click Next.
For Windows ® 98, 98SE user:
Each operating system version has different dialog. Some text may be
different depending on the operating system you are using.
For Windows ® 95 user:
Select “Driver from disk
provided by hardware
manufacturer” and click
OK.
The instructions in Steps 2 to 10 are for Windows ® 98SE.
