On most cruiser style models, the chrome bucket can be removed by
simply unscrewing retaining screws from around the trim ring of the
headlight assembly.
Installation is simple: unplug the headlamp, insert pathBlaze
r , and then
re-connect the plug on the 3-pin extension.
The Sensor can be flush mounted right on the chrome bucket, or you can
feed it through the rubber grommet, bring it out and zip–tie it. Refer to the
Instructions on following pages for:
„ Choosing appropriate location for mounting the Daylight Sensor (pg-36)
„ Programming Sensitivity Levels (pg-37)
The Daylight Sensor must be plugged-in for the pathBlazer to
modulate. This is in accordance with the Sec108 requirement of the
Federal DOT Standard.
