Run a Test
The ILS500 F will communicate through the lamps and messages on the display.

Start Up

Turn the ILS500 F on.

Wait for Ready to Start to show on the display.

Click Load Recipe and choose a preset recipe, or follow the instructions in the
section on page 38.

Tracer Gas Filling
Tracer gas filling before gas test.

Blockage Test
•
Reveals internal blockages in tested object.
•
Ensures that connection lines and test fixture are
correctly connected.
The test object is filled through Test Port 1 while the
pressure is recorded in Test Port 2. Practical for
testing e.g. capillaries etc.

Gross Leak Test 3-Gas
Pressure Decay Test
Performed in parallel with tracer gas test.
Can be used for integral testing in parallel with a more
sensitive gas test at selected points.

Leak detect pressurized
test object
Perform leak detection on the test object, pressurized
with tracer gas.

Gas Evacuation
For a fast removal of tracer gas after test. Can also
include an efficient air purge.

Tooling Disconnection
Disconnection of test fixture.
