The form contains the following fields:

Call method – call initiation method. There are three options: 1)
Direct – enter the fully qualified network name of the called
person, 2) Gatekeeper – a selected Gatekeeper finds the relevant
path and establishes the connection; 3) Gateway
– calls are made
via a selected module.
