Disassembling rear master brake cyl-
inder

Caution:
Piston is under spring loading.
• Using thrust piece (1), push piston (2) a little way
inwards.
• Press out stop screw (3).
• Pull out piston with spring (4).
• Loosen spring from ring groove.
• Check piston and sealing rings (5) for damage.
• Install in the reverse order of removal.

Note:
Lightly coat sealing rings with brake fluid before in
stalling.
