7 Enter a new name.
8 Press Set .
9 Follow the directions from Step 8 in “Storing Numbers to Each key”.
How to use Quick-Dial Keys as
Super Tel-Index Keys
Searching for a Name on the LCD
Once you have stored names/numbers on each of the keys, they may be
displayed alphabetically on LCD.
For example, if you stored names and numbers as shown below, you can
make a call to “MIKE” in following way.
1 Pick up the handset––OR––Press Speaker Phone .
2 Press Super Tel-Index , then Quick-Dial key 1.
(Make sure that the LCD shows the correct name of the group.)
3 Press Z or X or Quick-Dial key 1 repeatedly until “MIKE”
appears on the LCD.
4 Press Start .
