Regular Maintenance
Cleaning the Scanner
Clean the white tape and the glass strip under the tape with isopropyl
alcohol on a lint-free cloth. Be careful not to bend the spring plate or
drop anything into the machine. Before cleaning, unplug the power cord
for safety.

Cleaning the Print Head
To clean the machine print head, wipe the metal part and plastic part with
a lint-free cloth that is dry or lightly moistened with isopropyl alcohol.
Before cleaning, unplug the power cord for safety.
