NO RESPONSE/BUSY
The number you called does not answer or is busy. You may also have
reached a number not connected to a fax. Check the number and call
again.
NOT ASSIGNED
You’ve tried accessing a One Touch or Speed Dial location with no
number assigned to it. See Chapter 7 “Setup Quick-Dial Numbers”.
PAPER ROLL EMPTY
The paper roll is empty. See Chapter 2 “Load the recording paper” to
install new recording paper.
PRINTER FAULT
The recording head has overheated. Unplug the machine and wait 30
minutes for it to cool.
PRINTER JAM
The fax paper is jammed in the printer.
Follow the instruction of CUTTER JAM in this chapter.
