the instrument over the calibration chip, which is built into the
“Pathfinder” guide. A small black plastic cover protects the
calibration chip. Once the instrument is in the appropriate
location, make sure the USB cable is connected, select the
instrument calibration option from the GUI, and follow the
provided directions.
DC 240/250 Reset Spectrophotometer Features
For the DTP-20, this feature completely clears the instrument’s
volatile RAM, resets the microcontroller, and resets the USB
controller. This procedure essentially powers off the
instrument. To restore the instrument to a functional state,
actuate the power switch on the backside of the instrument.
