You can save or restore settings, such as registered One-touch Dial and speed dial.
Download
You can save the settings of registered One-touch Dial and speed dial.
You can use this function for backup settings.

Click [Apply] for [Download] or [Fax Common Download].

In the dialog box that appears, click [Save].

Specify the save directory and file name to save them.
Upload
Change the One-touch Dial and speed dial settings with the settings of the file saved in [Download].

Click [Browse] and select a file you want to upload.

Click [Apply].
The One-touch Dial and speed dial settings are overwritten by the settings of the file.
NOTICE
Note that the current One-touch Dial and speed dial settings will be lost.
When a downloaded CSV file is edited in Microsoft Excel, it may not be recognized when uploaded.
