1" is available only if the data is sent according to the transmission pro-
cedure of Internet fax. The setting is not enabled if the data is sent according to the transmission pro-
cedure of Scan to E-mail. For details on the Internet fax, refer to [User's Guide Fax Operations].
When [FTP] is selected:

[Destination Name] Enter a destination name (using up to 20 single-byte characters).
This is the name to be displayed on the Control Panel.
[Destination Number] Enter a destination fax number (using up to 30 single-byte charac-
ters).
[F-CODE - SUB address] Enter an F code SUB address (using up to 20 single-byte charac-
ters).
[F-CODE - Password] Enter an F code password (using up to 20 single-byte characters).
[Transmission Speed] Select a transmission speed.
Item Description
[Destination Name] Enter a destination name (using up to 20 single-byte characters).
This is the name to be displayed on the Control Panel. If the ad-
dress is selected using [LDAP Search], the item is already entered.
[Destination Address] Enter the E-mail address of the destination (using up to 64 single-
byte characters). If the address is selected using [LDAP Search],
the item is already entered.
[Basic Mode/Advaced Mode]

ing an Internet fax.
[Max TX Size] * 1 Specify the upper limit of transmission size for sending in the ad-
vaced mode.

[Coding Mode]

scan data in the advaced mode.

data (using up to 64 single-byte characters).
[Directory] Specify the directory of the FTP site to save scan data (using up to

[Use Proxy] Select this check box to access the FTP site via the proxy server.
