To enable automatic detection of the NTP server using IPv6:
To enable automatic detection of the NTP server using IPv6, the other settings are specified as follows:
- [NETWORK SETTING] ö [IPv6] ö [DISABLE/ENABLE: ENABLE]
- [NETWORK SETTING] ö [IPv6] ö [AUTO SETTING: ON]
- [NETWORK SETTING] ö [AUTO GET TIME] ö[ SNTP SETTING: ON]
- [NETWORK SETTING] ö [AUTO GET TIME] ö [AUTO_DETECT_ADDR.: ENABLE]
- [NETWORK SETTING] ö [AUTO GET TIME] ö [NTP SERVER ADDRESS: Null]
Tips
- If the NTP server can be obtained from the DHCPv6 server, this machine first use the IPv6 address of
the NTP server assigned by the DHCP server.

Press +, to select [AUTO DETECT ADDR.], then press OK.

Press +, to select [ENABLE], then press OK.
[ACCEPTED] appears, and the screen returns to the Auto Time Settings screen.
% If [DISABLE] is selected, automatic detection is not performed.
To specify the NTP server directly:

Press +, to select [NTP ADDRESS SETTING], then press OK.

Enter the IP address of the NTP server on the keypad, then press OK.
[ACCEPTED] appears, and the screen returns to the Auto Time Settings screen.

To specify the NTP server port number, press +, to select [NTP PORT NO.], then press OK.

Enter the NTP server port number using the keypad, then press OK.
[ACCEPTED] appears, and the screen returns to the Auto Time Settings screen.

Press the Reset key.
Receive the time data from the NTP server, and set the time on this machine.
