5.2 I want to use the registered personal address book on
the device
You can use the registered personal address book on the device screen. This
eliminates the need to set the screen every time the user is transferred to
another department or visiting another department, and helps the user to
work within a familiar environment.
How to display the personal address book

In Main Menu - [My Address] - [System Settings] screen, click [New],
specify the necessary information, and then click the [Apply] button.

After you log on to the device, the registered personal address book
appears.
