4.11 Specifying the default value of My Address/My Panel
Clicking [Default Profile Settings] on the "Administrative Setting" menu
displays the Default Profile Settings page. On this page, the default value of
My Address/My Panel (default profile) that is automatically applied to newly
registered users, can be specified.
Function Details
My Address Specifies the default value of My Address.
Address Book Specifies the default value of Address Book. For details, re-
fer to "Registering an address book" on page 3-4.
Group Specifies the default value of Group. For details, refer to
"Registering a group" on page 3-24.
My Panel Specifies the default value of My Panel.
System Settings Specifies the default value of the device panel. For details,
refer to "Specifying the My Panel environment" on
page 3-40.
Select items to display in main
menu Specifies the default values of the limits for the functions to
be assigned to the shortcut keys of the main menu. For de-
tails, refer to "Editing the Select items to display in main
menu" on page 4-18.
Main Menu Settings Specifies the default functions to be assigned to the short-
cut keys of the main menu. For details, refer to "Setting up
the main menu" on page 3-42.
Copy Setting Specifies the default display and shortcut keys of the Copy
screen. For details, refer to "Setting up the Copy screen" on
page 3-44.
Fax/Scan Settings Specifies the default display and shortcut keys of the
Fax/Scan screen. For details, refer to "Setting up the
