3.2 Printing documents with the Retrieve from HDD oper-
ation
Using the Retrieve from HDD operation, saved documents can be printed or
unnecessary documents can be deleted.

Detail
Since documents saved under the following conditions cannot be print-
ed, [Print] does not appear after [Action] is touched.
Documents where the Quality setting was changed for part of a docu-
ment being scanned and saved (Scan to HDD)
Documents that were scanned and saved (Scan to HDD) with an older
version of the firmware
To print saved document

Press the [Box] key in the control panel.

Touch [Retrieve from HDD].
Select process.
