Enables and disables the TCP transmit and receive checksum offload.

Values: Disabled, Rx Enabled, Tx Enabled, Rx and Tx Enabled
UDP Checksum Offload IPv4
Enables and the disables the user datagram protocol (UDP) transmit and receive
checksum offload.
