Saving displayed numbers from the Callers List
Deleting items from the Callers List
To make the message new in the Callers List:
1. Press

2. Use

to find the message that you want to make new.
3. Press

. The indicator light begins flashing and appears on the display.
Once you exit the Callers list,
x New message ‚
appears on the display indicating a
new message.
To copy a number from the Callers List to the Directory or to a memory
key:
1. Press

2. Use

to find the item you want to copy.
3. Press

or the memory key where you want to store the number.
5. If no name is displayed, you are prompted to enter one. To enter a name, use the dial
pad. See Entering Names
on page 22. If you do not want to enter a name, go to
step 7.
6. Press

7. Use the dial pad to enter a mailbox number. See Assigning people to a Mail-
box on page 32.
8. Press

9. Lift the handset and press

to record the name. See Call Announce
(Voice Tag) on page 22.
10. Record the name.

to review the recording.
