Finding items in the Directory
To listen to a personalized greeting:

Note: If you don’t have a personalized greeting assigned to a number in your direc-
tory, the person calling you from that number will hear the General Mailbox greeting
if you have recorded one. If you have not recorded a general greeting, the caller will
hear the factory-programmed greeting.
To find items in the Directory:
1. To see the Directory heading, press

2. To see the listings that start with a particular letter, press the appropriate dial pad key.
To see the other listings under that letter, press

. (For example:

takes you
to the first “J” listing, then

takes you to the next “J” listing.
