Memos
If you are going out and want to leave a message for someone, you can record a memo
directly into the 9516CW. Memos can be retrieved at the telephone or remotely.
Memos are stored in the Callers List along with your messages. The set indicator light
flashes letting you know there is a memo. If it is a new memo, the display shows:
x New
messages .
For example, if you wanted to remind Gino of his dentist appointment, you would record:
“Remember Gino, you have a dentist appointment at 2:30 p.m. today.”

Note : The 9516CW also allows you to make memos new. See Make Message New on
page 17.
To record a memo:

3. Record your memo.

6. Select the mailbox you want your memo stored in.
Note : If you do not select a mailbox, the memo is stored in the General Mailbox.
