Message folders
Messages are stored in any one of six folders. The sections
that follow cover each of the message folders in
greater detail.
Voicemail
Messages in your Voice Mailbox are logged in the Voicemail
folder of the Message menu. Open the Voicemail folder to
view the Callback # (if available), Urgency , and other details of
the voice mail message.
R ECEIVE V OICEMAIL MESSAGES
When you receive a Voicemail message. You’ll hear a sound
and
New Voicemail(s) appears in the display.
1. Press the left soft key ( ) Ignore to view details
about the message later, or press the right soft key
(
) View to open the Voicemail folder and view
details about the message now.
2. If you selected Ignore , the message is sent to your
Voicemail folder for later viewing. If you selected View ,
details of the message appear in the display.
3. Press the left soft key ( ) Listen to dial your Voice
mailbox and listen to the message.
V IEW V OICEMAIL MESSAGES IN YOUR V OICEMAIL FOLDER
1. In standby mode, press the left soft key ( ) Menu ,
then press , .
2. Details of the voice mail message appear in the display.
3. Press the left soft key ( ) Listen to dial your voice
mailbox and listen to the message.
