4. Enter the current PIN2 code, then press . You’re
prompted to enter a new PIN2 code.
5. Enter the new PIN2 code, then press . You’re
prompted to enter the new PIN2 code again for
confirmation.
6. Enter the new PIN2 code, then press . You’re
returned to the Security sub menu.
FDN Mode
FDN mode (Fixed Dialing Numbers) restricts the use of your
phone for outgoing calls (except for emergency numbers).
1. In standby mode, press the left soft key ( ) Menu ,
then press , . You’re prompted to enter the
Lock Code . The Lock Code is by default the last four
digits of your telephone number.
2. Enter the lock code. The Security sub menus appear in
the display.
3. Press for FDN Mode . Enable and Disable appear
in the display.
4. Highlight Enable or Disable , then press . You’re
prompted for the PIN2 code. The PIN2 code is assigned
to your SIM card by Verizon Wireless.
5. Enter the PIN2 code, then press . The phone powers
down, then powers up with the selected mode enabled
(or disabled).
Call Options
The Call Options sub menu allows you to select the method
for answering incoming calls, redial options, set data rates for
data calls, and more.
