3. To return to the multi-party call, touch the Join icon. All of the multi-party call participants can now hear
each other.
Dropping One Participant
If the call is joined:
1. Press Options ➔ Split and highlight the number to split.
2. Press Options
➔
End held call to drop the call on hold.
3. Press Options ➔ Swap to switch to the other number to drop, then press Options ➔ End held call.
4. Press to end the multi-party call.
Putting a Call on Hold
You can place the current call on hold whenever you want. You can also make another call while you have a call in
progress if your network supports this service.
To place a call on hold:
ᮣ Touch the Hold icon.
To make a new call while you have a call in progress:
1. Call the first participant in the normal way.
2. Touch New call, enter the second phone number and press .
The first call is automatically placed on hold.
When you have both an active call and a call on hold, you may switch between the two calls.
To switch between the two calls:
1. Touch either the Active call tab, or the On hold tab, and touch the Swap icon. The current active call is placed
on hold and the call on hold is then reactivated so that you can continue conversing with that person.
2. To finish, end each call normally by pressing .
