Close the DKC Status window.

Click File > Refresh on the menu bar.

Select Modify mode when you are in View mode.
Use the DKC Operation window to:

“Configure storage systems for Continuous Access Journal Z, define logical paths ” (page 57)
•
“Configure additional logical paths ” (page 59)
•
View one of the following:
“Remote Systems Information ” (page 172) ◦
◦ “Logical Path Information” (page 173)
◦ “Port Information for the local system” (page 173)
NOTE: DKC is an acronym for disk controller, which controls an entire storage system. Cnt Ac-J
Z windows use the term "DKC" to indicate a storage system.
LDKC is an acronym for logical disk controller, and it also may be called logical DKC. LDKC is a
controller that controls a logical storage system that exists in P9500. In the Cnt Ac-J Z window, the
term “LDKC” indicates a logical storage system.

Changes information in the DKC Operation window. Display

DKC shows information about the remote storage systems and the logical paths.
• Port shows information about ports on the local storage system.
Shows either of the following, depending on the selection in Display. Tree
•
Remote storage systems.
• Channel adapters on the local storage system and port attributes.
Shows information about one of the following, depending on what is selected in Display and
Tree: Operation

Remote storage systems. See “Remote Systems Information ” (page 172) .
