From the I386DNLD.EXE Main menu:

Type 5 and press Enter.
This opens the Maintenance menu.
5.
Type 3 and press Enter.
This enables the Boot BIOS.
6.
Type 0 and press the Enter key to return to the previous menu.
7.
Type 7 and press Enter to exit the I386DNLD.EXE program.
Creating an MS-DOS Boot Diskette
From MS-DOS:
1.
Create a bootable diskette by typing this command:
Format a:/s
2.
Copy these files onto the diskette.
format.com
fdisk.exe
3.
Reboot your computer using the diskette and then verify that your
computer boots properly.
4.
Power down your computer.
5.
Disable any IDE or SCSI Boot BIOS or disconnect the IDE or SCSI
hard drive from its controller.
Designating a Fibre Channel Boot Drive on Your
Computer
This procedure lets you select a fibre channel boot drive. Make all the
connections between your boot HBA(s) and your storage devices.
1.
Insert the newly created boot diskette in drive A.
2.
Turn on your computer.
